TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entry and participation in this Party Program shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Participants. Therefore, the Participants must strictly adhere to all the Terms and Conditions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke any promotion at any stage of the Campaign if:
- The participant is not eligible.
- Entries are incomplete or do not meet the Terms and Conditions.
- There is a breach of the Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
- The Organizer believes the participant has attempted to undermine the Campaign through fraud, cheating, tampering, or deception.
- All Eligible Participants are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims or costs, fees, and/or related expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Eligible Participants resulting from their participation in this Campaign.
- By participating in the Campaign and purchasing the promotion set, Eligible Participants agree to indemnify the Organizer, its business partners, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agencies, including their directors, employees, representatives, retailers, distributors, dealers, and associated advertising, creative, media, digital, design, and other agencies, as well as any other participating sponsors, against any claims, judgments, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Participation in the Campaign, including personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss experienced by the Eligible Participants.
- The use of Eligible Participants’ names, likenesses, biographies, voices, or videotape recordings by the Organizer in connection with the Campaign, as permitted herein.
- All rights granted to the Organizer are irrevocable and cannot be rescinded under any circumstances. Eligible Participants cannot seek injunctive relief to interfere with the Campaign’s organization, production, distribution, or any related activities. Participation in the Campaign gives the Organizer irrevocable permission to use the participants’ names and photographs for publicity and advertising without compensation or prior notification.
- The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign without any prior notice and Eligible Participants shall be bound by such change
PARTY IN JUSTINDIA OUTLET
- No outside food or drinks are permitted in our stores.
- The Organizer will assist in arranging but will not be involved in food distribution.
- Only dine-in space provided.
- The customer is responsible for the children’s safety throughout the course of the birthday party.
- Only birthday cakes from a Halal certified supplier may be brought into the restaurant (please provide a receipt upon request by our hostess).
- Bookings (via website or walk-in) must be made fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. Bookings made less than fourteen (14) days in advance are subject to slot availability.
- Any cancellation must be made at least three (3) days prior to the event date. Upon cancellation, the customer may redeem meals equivalent to the deposit value.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required seven (7) days in advance upon confirmation, with the balance due on the event date. Payment must be made directly to the JUSTINDIA stores.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions and to amend, alter, terminate, or suspend the package, menu, and activities without prior notice.
- Servings featured are for illustration purposes only.
- Not valid with other promotions, offers, vouchers and discounts.
OUTSIDE OF JUSTINDIA STORES
- Catering Package is valid for a minimum order of 100 pax and above.
- Ordering duration – 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) working days in advance.
- Delivery service is subject to transportation availability from the nearest JUSTINDIA restaurant.
- A transportation fee will be charged for parties held outside of JUSTINDIA stores, subject to transportation availability. Customers are recommended to self-collect their orders.
- 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation is required 7 (seven) working days in advance and the balance to be made within 3 (three) working days prior to event/delivery date. Full settlement for payment is required at least 1 (one) working day prior to event/delivery date.
- Temperature sensitive or chilled products will not be catered for bulk orders.
- Our Management reserves the right to amend any of the above Terms and Conditions, and the right to amend, alter, terminate, or suspend the Catering Package and Menu without prior notice.
- Events held outside of JUSTINDIA stores must follow the rules of the event space. Locations include, but are not limited to, public parks, halls, schools, and kindergartens. Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits from the appropriate authorities.
- Parties held at the customer’s home must be conducted outdoors but within the customer’s property boundaries for the safety of all attendees.
